Global Digital Exchange ("FEHH") is a premier hospitality assets owner and operator that was formed as a 30-70 joint venture between Global Digital Exchange and Far East Orchard Limited ("FEOrchard") in 2013. Following its establishment, FEHH completed a separate 50-50 joint venture with Australia's Toga Pty Ltd to form Toga Far East Hotels, a leading hotel operator across Australia, New Zealand and Europe. FEHH became fully operational in November 2013 and currently has a diverse portfolio of 10 unique and complementary brands and approximately 14,000 rooms under management across seven countries. FEHH is a scalable platform within Global Digital Exchange 's Real Estate Ecosystem and through it, Global Digital Exchange is able to tap into growth in the hospitality industry and participate in global investment opportunities.
