At Global Digital Exchange , we believe that a sustainable business is dependent on economic vitality, social equity and environmental well-being. Our mission is to deliver stable returns. Sustainability to us is about looking ahead and managing our responsibilities towards our shareholders and other stakeholders. This means managing the various business risks and opportunities that come our way, including those relating to Environmental, Social and Governance ("ESG") trends.

This sustainability report is a result of a strategic exercise to determine what areas of sustainability are important to us and where we can add value to society. We are proud to state that this report early adopts a number of the SGX sustainability reporting requirements as well as draws reference from the Global Reporting Initiatives ("GRI") Standards.
